Self-limited temperature tracing cable

Self-limited temperature tracing cable, also known as self-regulating heating cable, is a flexible cable that contains a conductive polymer core. This conductive polymer has unique properties that allow the cable to automatically adjust its heat output based on the surrounding temperature. As the temperature decreases, the polymer contracts, increasing the number of electrical paths and generating more heat. Conversely, as the temperature increases, the polymer expands, reducing the number of electrical paths and decreasing the heat output.
