Heavy snowfall and freezing rain create safety hazards for outdoor roads, building roofs, drainage systems and facility pipelines in cold zones. Accumulated snow and ice trigger surface slippage, gutter collapse and pipeline blockage, bringing operational risks to industrial parks, commercial zones and public facilities. EPI’s dedicated de‑icing product portfolio includes 36V medium‑temperature heating cables for garage ground snow melting and low‑temperature heating tapes for outdoor driveway ice clearance. Tunnel fire‑protection pipeline anti‑freeze heating cables adopt waterproof pressure‑resistant structures to adapt to damp underground environments. These snow‑melting heating products can cooperate with external snow and temperature sensors to realise intelligent operation, activating heating functions when ice‑snow conditions are detected.
