PTC flexible heating sheet

PET electrothermal film is a low-temperature electrothermal film with PET polyester film as insulation layer. PET polyester film has excellent insulation strength, can be used in bending, such as heating outside a barrel-shaped object, and has excellent electrical resistance, and its heat conversion efficiency is quite high, generally around 95%.

1.Product introduction of PTC flexible heating sheet

The PI heater is made of two layers of adhesive polyimide films by hot pressing electric heating elements at high temperature, which is light and soft with good thermal conductivity. The main cross-section material is (0.05-0.15 m m)PI film +(0.03-0.15m m)PTC/ Ni-Cr alloy sheet/stainless steel and other heating elements with suitable physical properties, and the heating uniformity is good, so it can be used to cover the heated body.

 

2. Main features of PTC flexible heating sheet

3. The main application of PTC flexible heating sheet

(1).
